What's the difference between the presale cleaning tiers?

Accepted Answer

Photo Ready ($450+) is a thorough deep clean for listing photos. Sale Ready ($950+) adds carpet steam, grout restoration, touch-up painting, and styling recommendations. Premium Presentation ($2,500+) includes full vendor furniture styling and agent coordination. Auction Day Refresh ($280+) is a same-day touch-up.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on property type (apartment or house), number of bedrooms, and the service selected. All prices are per property, not per hour, and materials are included.

1–2 weeks for most services. Premium Presentation with furniture hire: 2–3 weeks. Auction Day Refresh can often be scheduled within a few days.
