We offer five main services: General Clean, Presale Clean (three tiers), Deep Clean, End of Lease Clean, and Move In / Move Out Clean. Plus add-ons like pressure washing, garden tidy, styling accessories, weekly open home refresh, oven & appliances clean, and bathroom & tiles scrub.

What's the difference between the presale cleaning tiers?

Accepted Answer

Photo Ready ($450+) is a thorough deep clean for listing photos. Sale Ready ($950+) adds carpet steam, grout restoration, touch-up painting, and styling recommendations. Auction Day Refresh ($280+) is a same-day touch-up on the morning of your auction or key inspection.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on property type (apartment or house), number of bedrooms, and the service selected. All prices are per property, not per hour, and materials are included.

Yes — book any main service plus add-ons and get 10% off the add-on price.

No — all listed prices are exclusive of GST.

What's the payment structure?

When you book, we place a secure hold (pre-authorisation) on your card. Your card is only charged after the clean is complete and you're happy. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

How far in advance should I book?

1–2 weeks for most services. For urgent bookings get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate.

How does the quoting process work?

Send us a few photos of your property along with your suburb, property type, and bedrooms via the contact form. We'll assess the scope remotely and send you a detailed, fixed-price quote within 24 hours — no visit required.

Is there a travel fee for outer suburbs?

No travel fees within the areas we service.

Yes. We carry public liability insurance and work cover for all jobs.

Do you offer discounts for recurring cleans?

Yes — our General Clean service is priced per visit and discounted based on how often you book: roughly 5% off monthly, 10% off fortnightly, and up to 15% off weekly. No lock-in contracts — pause, reschedule, or skip cleans anytime.
