A thorough clean for empty properties at post-settlement handover — whether you're moving in or moving out. Designed for vacant homes with no furniture, so we can reach inside every cupboard, wardrobe, and appliance. Same scope and pricing as our one-off deep clean.

How Pricing Works
Per property — All pricing is per job, not per hour. The quote we give is the price you pay.
Materials included — Cleaning products, styling accessories, and all supplies are included.
Apartment or house — Toggle between apartment and house pricing — houses are priced slightly higher to reflect the additional space.
Pay at booking — Full payment taken securely by card at the time of booking. No invoices to chase.
Bundle and save — Add any add-on to a main service and get 10% off the add-on price.
