1. Agreement

By using the Dazzle Clean website (dazzleclean.com.au) or booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Dazzle Clean provides professional property cleaning services across Sydney, including presale cleaning, end of lease cleaning, move in/move out cleaning, and deep cleaning. Services are subject to availability and may vary based on property size, condition, and location.

3. Quotes and pricing

  • All quotes are provided based on information supplied by you, including property details and photos.
  • Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • If the property condition differs significantly from what was described, we may adjust the quote before commencing work.
  • Quoted prices are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

4. Bookings and cancellations

  • A booking is confirmed once your card is pre-authorised and you receive a confirmation email.
  • We ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations so our cleaners don't lose their slot.
  • With more than 48 hours' notice, cancellations are free and the hold on your card is released in full.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a fee of up to 50% of the quoted price.
  • Need to move your booking? We'll always reschedule for free with at least 24 hours' notice.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will offer an alternative date at no extra cost.

5. Payment

  • When you book, we place a secure pre-authorisation (hold) on your card for the quoted amount. Your card is not charged until after your clean is complete.
  • Once the job is finished and you're happy, we capture the held amount. You'll receive a receipt by email.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • We accept major credit and debit cards.

6. Access and preparation

You are responsible for providing access to the property at the agreed time. If our team cannot access the property, a rescheduling fee may apply. Please ensure the property is reasonably clear of personal belongings in areas to be cleaned.

7. Satisfaction and complaints

We take pride in the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours at hello@dazzleclean.com.au and we will work to resolve the issue, which may include a complimentary re-clean of the affected areas.

8. Liability

  • Dazzle Clean is fully insured for property damage and public liability.
  • We will take reasonable care when providing our services. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items left in cleaning areas.
  • Any claims for property damage must be reported within 48 hours of the service.

9. Bond-back guarantee

For end of lease cleaning services, we offer a bond-back guarantee. If your real estate agent identifies cleaning issues during the final inspection, we will return to address them at no additional cost, provided the re-clean is requested within 7 days of the original service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
